Ag Day at the State House is the largest single advocacy day for agriculture at the Massachusetts State House. This year Ag Day will be held on Wednesday March 11th. If you have been attending for years, or this will be your first time going to Beacon Hill, meeting with legislators can often be intimidating, and the legislative process can be confusing.

This meeting is for farmers and advocates, and will cover:

– Finding your legislators and setting up appointments

– Meeting expectations and etiquette

– Telling your farm story effectively

– Making clear asks

– Following up and relationship building
